Job Description: Front Desk Supervisor at Crescent Hotels & Resorts

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and guide the Front Office team to ensure quality customer service
  2. Greet guests warmly and handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
  3. Use a computer system to input and retrieve guest information accurately
  4. Promote Crescent and brand-specific marketing programs
  5. Assign rooms based on guest needs and code electronic keys
  6. Confirm room details and provide welcome materials
  7. Handle guest account closeouts and resolve any dissatisfaction, including negotiating compromises
  8. Maintain mobility and standing throughout the front office area

Qualifications:

You should have:

  • Attention to detail and teamwork skills
  • Challenge-positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • At least one year of experience as a Front Desk Supervisor in a large full-service hotel
  • Experience with Marriott brands is a plus
