The Front Desk Supervisor leads front office operations across assigned CHC sites, ensuring every patient receives a welcoming, efficient, and high‑quality experience. This role oversees front desk staff, supports key operational processes—including insurance verifications, uninsured program applications, and pre‑visit planning—and ensures compliance with organizational standards. The Supervisor plays a central role in patient flow, staff development, and the accuracy of front‑end processes that support effective billing and overall clinic performance.
Working indoors with client/customer contact. Ability to remain physically present for extended periods (may include standing, walking, sitting, and bending for long durations). Traveling to all CHC sites.
In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $50,000 to USD $65,000.
