Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Lahaina, Hawaii, is hiring a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and uphold our aloha spirit. You will assist guests, check-in/out, and respond to requests, delivering consistent service in line with our policies.

Candidates typically have 1–2 years of customer service experience, able to work flexible days and shifts, and bring a friendly, service-oriented attitude. Training and development programs offer opportunities for growth within our properties.

Job Duties

Exemplifies the image of Aloha while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.Assists the Front Desk Manager in providing guidance and leadership as the lead Front Desk Agent ensuring smooth operation of the department and consistent customer service is being delivered to guest.

Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience is required. Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
