Qualifications

• Greet dancers, families, and guests warmly.
• Manage front desk, check-in, attendance, and trial students.
• Support onboarding and enrollment steps for new clients.
• Draft weekly updates and studio communications; maintain a tidy lobby.
• Assist with recital prep, costume organization, and merchandise sales.
• Serve as the lobby's eyes and ears; address minor issues gracefully.
• Communicate absences, trends, and concerns to leadership.
• Handle closing duties, lost and found, and basic supply checks.
