Job summary

HealthFitness in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a part-time Front Desk Attendant to join the fitness team at our client site. This role covers Saturdays (up to 6 hours) from 6:30 AM to 1:00 PM and may include substitute/fill-in duties.

You will greet and check-in customers, provide program information and membership details, and strive to deliver the highest level of customer service and participant satisfaction. CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are required within 45 days of hire.

About the role

HealthFitness is looking for part-time (working up to 6 hours per week on Saturday's from 6:30AM - 1:00PM ) and substitute/as-needed/fill-in Front Desk Attendants to join the fitness team at our client site located in Cincinnati, OH!

Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

Previous customer service experience a plus. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 45 days of hire.

The compensation range for this role is $13/hr - $14/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
