Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to join our team at a corporate client site in Anna, Ohio. This on-call position supports facility operations by greeting members, checking in guests, and providing program information with a focus on friendly, professional service. Shifts run 4–8 hours within facility hours (Mon–Sat, 5:00 a.m.

– 10:00 p.m.). Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and CPR/AED and First Aid certifications before start.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required prior to start date.

In this role, you'll help create a welcoming environment for members and guests while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.This is an on-call/substitute position working 4 - 8 hour shifts within the facility operating hours of Monday through Saturday, 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.Minimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Previous customer service experience a plus.Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $12 - $13/hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
