Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to join the corporate site in Marysville, OH. This full-time role is 40 hours/week with schedule Mon-Fri 5am–1:30pm and one Saturday per month 10am–3pm.

You will greet and check in customers, provide program information and membership details, and strive for outstanding customer service and participant satisfaction. Requirements: HS diploma, customer service experience preferred, CPR/AED/First Aid within 30 days of hire.

About the role

HealthFitness is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join the fitness team at our corporate client site located in Marysville, OH (approximately 30 miles northwest of the heart of Columbus).

Full-time: 40 hours/week

Schedule: Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm, one Saturday per month 10am-3pm

Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $11 - $16/hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
