Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a part-time Front Desk Attendant for the client site in Cincinnati, OH. You will greet and check-in customers, provide program information and assist with memberships, ensuring a high level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

The role offers up to 6 hours per week on Saturdays (6:30AM - 1:00PM) with some substitute/fill-in opportunities. CPR/AED and First Aid are required within 45 days of hire, and compensation ranges from $13–$14 per hour.

About The Role

HealthFitness is looking for part-time (working up to 6 hours per week on Saturday's from 6:30AM - 1:00PM) and substitute/as-needed/fill-in Front Desk Attendants to join the fitness team at our client site located in Cincinnati, OH!

Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 45 days of hire.

The compensation range for this role is $13/hr - $14/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
