We are seeking a part-time, 12-20 hours per week, Front Desk Attendant to join our fitness team at our client site in South San Francisco, CA. Your responsibilities will include greeting, checking in, and assisting customers; providing program information, services, and membership details; and ensuring high levels of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Schedule: 12-20 hours per week, with closing shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet, check-in, and assist customers.
  • Provide information about programs, services, and memberships.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and participant satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

Compensation: $17.70 per hour.
