Job summary

Maxx 365 Fitness is seeking a committed, friendly team member to greet guests and assist with memberships at our Connecticut facility. You will provide information on memberships, answer questions, and create a positive first impression for guests.

The role involves interacting with customers in person and by phone, resolving issues, processing forms, and supporting membership sales while keeping the facility clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing the first positive impression of the Maxx Fitness facility;
• Interact with customers by telephone and in person to provide information about our memberships and services.
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems;
• Complete membership forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using check-in computers;
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries;
• Maintaining a clean facility;
• Create rapport with customers that may lead to sales of new memberships or additional services or products.

Physical Functions

• Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift;
• Open Availability To Work 20-40 hours each week.
• A High School Diploma Or Equivalent required
