Job summary

Job Mobz is seeking a Receptionist for our Flower Mound, TX office. This onsite, temporary role supports front desk duties and office operations for an anticipated 5-6 weeks. Compensation is up to $17.50 per hour.

You will greet guests, provide front desk coverage, assist with printer support and conference room bookings, and help maintain office standards during standard business hours. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Great listening and communication skills, empathetic to customer needs.
• Be technologically savvy; comfortable with Mac and Google Workspace.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours.
