You’ll be the friendly face and voice greeting visitors, handling a multi-line phone system, and keeping front office operations running smoothly. The role allows some flexibility to take on projects and support other teams over time.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and route them to the appropriate person.
• Answer and route incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Manage after-hours voicemails, emails, and faxes.
• Open and distribute mail and keep directories up to date.
• Order and manage office supplies and perform light clerical tasks.
