You will greet clients, manage check-ins/outs, maintain records, and coordinate with providers to ensure smooth access to care. A professional, detail-oriented approach and strong people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience in an office environment preferred.
• Experience with health insurance billing procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome.
• Manage front desk operations: check-ins/outs and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate client records and verify information in Medicaid systems.
• Answer phones and coordinate with providers and clinical staff to ensure seamless care.
