Heath Health & Rehab Center in Heath, OH is seeking a friendly front-desk/administrative assistant to greet members, answer calls, respond to inquiries, and handle routine tasks with care in a compassionate team setting.

We offer flexible pay options (On-Demand or Weekly), comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401K, and life insurance. The role is full-time, 8:00 am–6:30 pm with a rotating every-other-weekend schedule, wage $14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must communicate in English and have administrative experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use community software.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests and answer the telephone.
• Respond to inquiries and provide the expected service.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks.
