Hunter Wellness Center in Warrensville Heights, OH, is seeking a dependable Front Desk Receptionist for a part-time role starting at $20 per hour. You will create a welcoming patient experience, handle scheduling, and support front-desk operations with professionalism.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized, and can work Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with potential extension on Tuesdays. Benefits include chiropractic care, 401k options, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Formación

• At least 1 year of customer-facing work experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling tools, email, and basic office systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Healthcare, chiropractic, wellness, or front desk experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate.
• Must be available to work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Tuesdays potentially extending until 6:00 PM.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients warmly and maintain a positive, professional front desk experience.
• Schedule appointments and support smooth patient flow throughout the day.
• Assist with patient communication as needed.
• Process intake forms, patient paperwork, records, and basic office documentation accurately.
• Prepare patient rooms and keep treatment areas clean, organized, and ready for the doctors.
• Communicate with doctors and team members so the workday runs smoothly.
