Job Description - HAND & STONE MASSAGE AND FACIAL SPA

Hand & Stone at the West end is seeking client-focused and experienced membership and/or retail sales professionals to join our rapidly growing spa in an upscale shopping district.

The Front Desk Spa Sales Associate plays a key role in hosting our clients through a relaxing and rejuvenating experience as well as promoting and marketing the Hand & Stone Lifestyle Program as an effective approach to improving health and wellness. This is a commission-based role with incentives based on performance. This role would require weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining positive relationships with clientele and service providers
2. Educating guests on the importance of regular massages and/or facials as a key aspect of health and wellness
3. Driving sales of services, memberships, and gift cards
4. Appropriately handling any customer service needs or requests by the clientele
5. Effective management of massage or facial appointment scheduling
6. Light cleaning and laundry at times

Requirements and Skills:

1. Excellent customer sales, promoting and customer service skills
2. Experience with retail, marketing, and/or membership sales
3. Exceptional communication, phone, and presentation skills required
4. Ability to truly connect with clients with a passion for helping them achieve their wellness goals
5. Ability to book services and proactively manage the scheduling of clients
6. Zenoti Software experience a plus!
7. Multitasking while maintaining a sense of calm in a busy environment
8. Possess a friendly and positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
9. Accountable self-starter willing to take initiative
10. Ability to work evenings and weekends
11. Work collaboratively and reliably in a team environment
