Job Description

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking client-focused and experienced membership and/or retail sales professionals to join our rapidly growing spa in an upscale shopping district. The Front Desk Spa Sales Associate plays a key role in hosting clients and promoting the Hand & Stone Lifestyle Program, which enhances health and wellness. This is a commission-based role with performance incentives, requiring availability on weekends and evenings.

Skills and Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with clients and service providers
• Educate guests on the benefits of massages and facials for health and wellness
• Drive sales of services, memberships, and gift cards
• Handle customer service needs effectively
• Manage appointment scheduling
• Perform light cleaning and laundry as needed
