Job summary

Home2 Suites Tukwila is looking to add an upbeat Front Desk Agent/Shuttle Driver to manage all aspects of front desk operations and be a key reference for our guests and vendors. To succeed, you must demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and outstanding communication in a fast-paced environment.

This position may require flexible scheduling with weekends. Compensation for this position is $21.65 hourly. You will check in/out guests, handle payments, assist guests, and drive the hotel shuttle.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
• Ability to work well in stressful situations.
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.
• Must have valid Driver's License and pass a background/driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/Check-out hotel guests.
• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors.
• Prepares all necessary reports during each shift for the management team.
• Drive Hotel Shuttle Van to/from SeaTac Airport and other nearby locations.
