Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as allowed by law.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional front desk customer service at a healthcare location; verify access and direct individuals per site policies.
• Monitor entry activity, sign-in processes, and access control to maintain a professional environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following procedures and notify relevant personnel.
• Maintain accurate visitor, incident, and access records; communicate information to site contacts and leadership.
• Support patient and visitor experience by giving directions and answering security-related questions.
