Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer (Lobby Attendant) in Woonsocket, RI to greet visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and uphold a secure, professional environment.

You will serve in a healthcare setting, providing exceptional customer service while following site procedures. This role offers flexible DayTime and Evening shifts and opportunities to grow with a leading security team.

Formación

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following procedures and notify relevant personnel.
• Maintain accurate visitor, incident, and access records; communicate information to site contacts and leadership.
• Support patient and visitor experience by giving directions and answering security-related questions.

Pay Rate: $17.01 / Hour

DayTimeTue07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a healthcare location by greeting visitors, patients, and staff; verifying access credentials; and directing individuals according to site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry activity, visitor sign-in processes, and access control systems to help maintain an orderly, professional environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate visitor, incident, and access-related records; communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support a positive patient and visitor experience by providing clear directions, answering general questions, and addressing security-related concerns professionally.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
