Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a Full Time role at our Raymore, MO location. You will greet visitors, control access, monitor entry activity and provide professional customer service at a corporate office site.

You will respond calmly to incidents, follow site procedures, and collaborate with clients, employees, and leadership to maintain a secure environment while upholding the company’s standards and integrity.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access at the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain required visitor records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Answer phones, provide general site information, and communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and Allied Universal leadership.
• Monitor front-desk activity and report unusual or unauthorized activity according to site-specific procedures.
