Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Reception Security in Orlando, FL. You will greet visitors, manage access, and maintain a secure environment at a financial institution.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, customer-focused presence at the front desk of a financial services location, following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal policies.
• Greet visitors, employees, and vendors; verify identification, manage visitor registration, and direct individuals according to established access procedures.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and available security-related systems; report unusual activity, access concerns, and facility issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols and notifying designated contacts.
• Maintain accurate visitor, access, and incident documentation while protecting confidential information.
