Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors at the front desk of a financial institution.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify IDs and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and logs.
• Monitor lobby access, report unauthorized entry and deter suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms and notify site contacts or responders.
• Receive and route calls and deliveries while handling sensitive information.
