Qualifications

• Operate the front desk, verify identifications, and issue visitor credentials.

• Maintain accurate front-desk records with discretion and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and authorized contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Operate the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing and collecting visitor credentials, and directing guests in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor entry activity, visitor logs, and security-related systems from a stationary post; report unusual activity, access concerns, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established notification and escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors, deliveries, incidents, and other front-desk activities while handling sensitive information professionally.
