Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet visitors professionally, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor facility access, direct guests, and communicate arrivals and concerns to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation and reporting procedures.
• Answer calls, maintain logs, and report unusual activity or security concerns to leadership.
