Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Subject to background check as per applicable laws.
• Criminal history will be considered consistent with laws.
• Drug screening may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local law and may be required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications site while following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Operate the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying access, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests per protocols.
• Monitor entry activity, visitor logs, and security systems; report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following emergency procedures when needed.
• Maintain accurate front desk records and communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
