Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks and drug screening as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional front desk customer service by greeting visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel in a professional manner at a technology-focused location.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification, processing visitor registrations, issuing credentials, and maintaining accurate entry/exit records.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, manage visitor inquiries, and coordinate with appropriate personnel about arrivals and access requests.
• Observe lobby activity, monitor access control and surveillance systems, and report unusual activity to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established procedures and document activities.
