Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing passes, and directing guests.
• Maintain logs for visitors, vendors, deliveries, and contractors; communicate arrivals to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner following emergency procedures.
• Monitor front-desk communications and report unusual activity to site leadership.
