Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• 18+ years (21+ for armed roles) age requirement.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation and drug screen required by policy.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Operate the front desk and maintain a professional, courteous presence while monitoring visitor access to the location.
• Verify visitor identification, process registrations, issue access credentials, and maintain entry records per site procedures.
• Receive and direct calls, deliveries, and inquiries; communicate information to appropriate personnel or departments.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, escalating as needed per procedures.
