Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a financial institution by greeting visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests according to site-specific policies.
• Answer incoming calls, provide basic information, and communicate visitor arrivals or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report suspicious activity, policy concerns, and security-related incidents to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
