• Answer incoming calls, provide basic information, and communicate visitor arrivals or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report suspicious activity, policy concerns, and security-related incidents to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

As a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Operations in Lancaster, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a financial institution, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, supporting a professional and secure environment through exceptional customer service, communication, access control, and observation. You will help address security-related concerns, maintain awareness of activity at the location, and represent Allied Universal’s caring, reliable, and integrity-driven culture.

Pay Rate: $17.21 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
