Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Greet visitors, manage access, verify credentials, and maintain visitor logs and records.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, cameras, alarms, and communications from a front desk post, reporting unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns calmly, following emergency procedures.
• Communicate professionally with building management, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership.
