Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Reception in Oklahoma City, OK. You will manage access, greet visitors, and provide professional customer service at a front desk in a technology, media, and telecommunications-office setting.

Responsibilities include verifying credentials, handling visitor logs, answering calls, and responding to incidents in a calm, professional manner while following site procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and/or vendors at a front desk within a technology, media, and telecommunications office location.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests according to site-specific procedures.
• Answer incoming calls, manage inquiries, and communicate security-related concerns or service requests to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific policies and emergency response procedures.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report unusual activity, access concerns, and/or facility issues to Allied Universal leadership and designated client contacts.
