Qualifications

• Possess a Level III Armed Certification (Texas only).
• Background investigation will be conducted pursuant to federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution reception area while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes as authorized, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Answer and direct phone calls, greet guests professionally, and coordinate visitor notifications with appropriate personnel.
• Monitor front desk activity, report suspicious activity or access concerns, and help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
