Allied Universal is a leading security and facility services company hiring a Part Time Security Officer - Lobby Ambassador in Oklahoma City, OK. You will greet visitors, manage access, and provide outstanding customer service in a technology-focused environment.

As a Front Desk Officer, you will monitor entry activity, assist visitors, and follow site-specific procedures. Flexible scheduling and weekly pay are available for this role.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and vendors at a front desk location within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment.
• Manage visitor access by greeting guests, verifying identifications and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals according to site procedures.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security communications, reporting unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly while following emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and other required documentation.
