Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law and company policy.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, employees, and members; verify access requirements and direct individuals.
• Monitor entry activity, visitor records, and access control procedures per site policies.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence and deter unauthorized access; report concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly following procedures.
• Complete daily activity reports, visitor logs, and incident reports accurately.
