Qualifications

• Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.
• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check conducted per federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• A drug screen is required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior.
• Monitor and report on conditions throughout the location, maintaining awareness of surroundings.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding incidents, maintenance needs, and other concerns.
• Document observations and activities according to site‑specific procedures.
