Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer Spanish Visitor Arrival Desk in Miami, FL. You will manage access, greet tenants and visitors, and monitor activities to ensure safety and service quality.

The role requires two years of security experience and fluent Spanish, with a preference for a Guard Card, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to lift items as needed. This is a full-time, site-based position offering a competitive hourly pay and benefits.

As a Security Officer Spanish Visitor Arrival Desk in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence for tenants, visitors, and employees. You will manage access, monitor activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by greeting visitors, tenants, vendors, and/or contractors and directing them appropriately.
• Maintain awareness of building access points and visitor activity, following site-specific access control procedures and maintaining required logs and records.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor cameras, communication systems, and/or other security-related equipment from the front desk, reporting unusual activity according to site-specific policies.
• Support a professional lobby environment by applying site policies consistently and assisting with authorized deliveries, visitor registration, and tenant requests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
