As a Security Officer Full Time Spanish Customer Service Patrol in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a government cultural location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience for visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to museum visitors, staff, contractors, and government personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of galleries, public areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with maintaining orderly entry, visitor flow, and restricted‑area access in accordance with site policies.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, damaged property, hazards, or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
