Job summary

Titan Security Group is looking for a Security Officer to deliver excellent customer service at the front desk, manage access, and monitor surveillance systems at our properties in Illinois. You will participate in incident reporting and support the Titan Security team in maintaining a safe environment.

Qualified candidates should have prior door staff or related experience, be at least 18, possess a High School diploma or GED, and be able to pass drug screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have door staff or related experience.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty.
• Maintain clear administrative logs at front desk.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft.
• Respond to incidents and record data on incidents for management.
