Job summary

Titan Security seeks a Security Officer to deliver concierge-style guest services and a polished professional presence for a premier Illinois property in Bannockburn.

You will enforce access control, conduct patrols of interior and exterior areas, monitor CCTV/alarms, and respond to incidents with clear documentation. A minimum of 2 years in security or customer service and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years in corporate security or customer service.
• Experience with security software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hospitality and guest services to tenants and visitors.
• Enforce access control and prevent tailgating while maintaining records.
