Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as conditions of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a financial institution location.
• Greet visitors, verify ID, issue visitor credentials and logs.
• Monitor access and direct guests, deliveries, and contractors.
