Job summary

[solidcore] is seeking a personable part-time Core Crew member to handle front desk, admin, and sales support for the Head Coach & Community Manager at our studio in Ashburn, VA. Hours vary with studio schedule.

Responsibilities include greeting clients by name, assisting with class bookings, promoting offers, and maintaining a high-energy, welcoming environment. Prior sales experience and strong communication are a plus; 30-lb lift capability is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced studio.

• Ability to stand for long durations during shifts.
• Lift up to 30 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk and administrative support to the Head Coach & Community Manager.
• Drive client engagement and promote [solidcore] through in-studio interactions.
• Assist with class bookings, retail, and account-related tasks.
• Help maintain studio cleanliness and a positive client experience.
• Communicate studio updates and events to clients and team.
• Support coaching staff with daily studio operations.
