We are seeking a detail-oriented, sales-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to drive day-to-day salon operations with accuracy and grow revenue through lead and membership conversions while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

• 1+ years administrative, sales, and service experience in a salon business.

• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings, appointment details, and guest communications.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a detail-oriented and sales-focused Front Desk Sales Associate. Your focus will be on driving day-to-day salon operations with accuracy and efficiency as well as growing revenue through lead conversion, membership conversion, package sales, and providing an excellent customer experience to every guest.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings, appointment details, and guest communications
• Convert incoming leads into new appointments
• Convert lash extension customers into new members
• Sell "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" service packages

• Maintain a clean and inviting environment

• Ability to work the following schedule:
• Tues 9:00am - 2:30pm
• Wed 2:30pm - 8:15pm
• Thur 9:00am - 2:30pm
• Fri 9:00am - 2:30pm
