Job summary

Massage Envy Orange Hills is hiring part-time team members to deliver outstanding customer service and promote Total Body Care. You’ll educate clients on services, book appointments, and support members with retail purchases.

With a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends, you’ll join a caring team that values growth, training, and a positive guest experience at our Orange Hills location.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; able to multitask.
• Excellent people skills; build positive guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage/skin care services helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program, book future services, and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow: greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
