Job summary

Massage Envy in Irvine is hiring for a front-line guest services role within our wellness clinic. You will greet guests, educate them on massage and skincare services, promote the Wellness Program, and assist with scheduling and retail purchases.

This is a customer-centric position focused on building lasting relationships and delivering outstanding service. We offer flexible hours, a supportive team, and ongoing product/service training.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills for multitasking.
• Excellent guest relationship skills.
• Knowledge of massage/skin care services helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and products; promote Wellness Program.
• Schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails, and address questions.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
