Job summary

Massage Envy in Miami is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to warmly greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, and promote memberships with empathy and a positive attitude.

This full-time role (35–40 hours) starts at $16 per hour + commission and bonuses, with potential hourly earnings of $18–$19. Perks include a free massage or facial each month, online and in-person training, and member discounts for friends & family.

• Schedule services and go above and beyond for each customer

• Sell memberships by helping clients understand benefits of regular massage, skin care and stretch

• The hourly will start at $16 PLUS commission and extra bonuses which will turn each hour to $18-$19 hour
