Job summary

Massage Envy Parker is seeking team members who are passionate about wellness and providing excellent customer service. You will educate clients on services, promote the Wellness Program, book future visits, and encourage product purchases based on provider recommendations.

The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth within a supportive team focused on total body care.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; able to multitask.
• Excellent people skills; build positive guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and promote the Wellness Program; book future services; encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, emails and inquiries.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
