Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Typing proficiency 50–60 wpm.
• Computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Greet visitors and family members.
• Maintain current patient listings to guide arrivals.
• Direct walk-in applicants to the online application.
• Organize reception duties across shifts.
• Ensure sign-in/sign-out for vendors, visitors, and residents.
• Provide clerical support to the Administrator and staff.
• Adhere to confidentiality and facility policies.
• Attend facility meetings and training sessions.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
