Job summary

MB OF FORT MYERS, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, is seeking a professional Receptionist to warmly greet visitors, answer a multi-line phone system, and route inquiries to the right departments.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of receptionist experience, a High School Diploma, is 21 or older with a valid driver license, and can perform basic Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel tasks while maintaining a welcoming, efficient front desk.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of receptionist experience in a professional setting.
• Authorized to work in the USA; able to pass background checks.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone system and route callers to the correct department.
• Greet visitors and determine their needs; coordinate visitor escort when needed.
• Oversee the visitor sign-in and security process.
• Maintain conference room reservation schedules.
• Assist various departments with special projects as needed.
